Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return.
What we take back
- Unopened packs and boxes — full refund. You cover the return postage.
- Damaged in transit, or the wrong item — we cover everything. Send a photo and we refund or replace it. For small orders we usually will not ask you to send anything back.
- Singles — if the card differs materially from its photo or description, full refund including postage.
What we cannot take back
Random packs and boxes are random on purpose. Which players, teams, years and sets turn up varies from pack to pack, and that is the product, not a fault — so "I did not like the cards I got" is not grounds for a return once the pack is open. We say this plainly here so it is never a surprise later.
Opened packs and boxes cannot be returned, because we cannot resell them.
How to start one
Email hello+1@redakcode.com with your order number and, if something arrived damaged, a photo. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. How quickly it appears after that is up to your bank.
