Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy from THE NEW BINDER ("TNB") at tnbinder.com.
What we sell
Loose collectible trading cards, sold as random packs, hand-packed boxes, team packs, custom-built packs and individual singles. Packs and boxes are assembled by us from bulk inventory. They are not factory-sealed manufacturer product, and we never describe them as such.
No promises about value
We sell cards to collect and enjoy. We do not guarantee rare cards, inserts, autographs, numbered cards, or any resale value, and nothing on this site is investment advice. Card selection may vary by player, team, year, set and design.
Custom and team packs
When you pick favourite teams, you are telling us what to prioritise, not reserving specific cards. We fill your pack from what we have in stock at the time. If we cannot match every team you chose, we complete the pack with other cards from the same category.
Prices, stock and errors
Prices can change without notice, and stock is limited. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or is unavailable after you order, we will cancel and refund that item in full and tell you why.
Team and league names
Team, league and player names are used descriptively, to identify the cards we sell. All trademarks belong to their owners. TNB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, team or card manufacturer.
Your account and orders
You must be able to form a binding contract to order, and the details you give us must be accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example when we suspect fraud, or when we simply cannot fulfil it — and we will refund it in full if we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have where you live.
