Shipping
Every order ships from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Packing time
We pack each order by hand from our own card inventory, so allow 1–3 business days before it ships. You get a tracking number by email the moment it does.
Canada
- Standard — $12 CAD
- Standard — free on orders of $75 CAD or more
- Express — $20 CAD
Everywhere else
International rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout, based on the weight of what you actually ordered. The delivery estimate is shown next to each option before you pay.
Duties and import taxes are already included in the price you see. You will not be asked for anything extra when the parcel arrives — no customs invoice, no broker calling you for a fee. If a carrier ever does bill you on delivery, send us the receipt and we refund it.
If something goes wrong
Tracking can sit still for a few days, especially across a border; that is normal. If a parcel has not moved for 10 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier or resend the order.
Please double-check your address at checkout. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable can be resent, but the postage has to be paid again.
